The project- Building is of total built up area 22,052.09 SM, constructed over a plot area of 9756.70 SM, The basement floor consist of 216 Nos. 2 Nos of car park & 4 nos. for disables.
Ground floor consists of 18 nos. car park, 2 nos. scenic lift and 4 nos of travelators. The ground floors are provided to cater the movement of the shopper to and from the basement floor to the ground floor to mezzanine floor. The ground floor consists of shopping area.
The roof is partly covered with sky light roofing to have natural lighting
