The prestigious project “The Residential Tower City Centre West Tower” is designed and supervision by M/s. Arab Architects is said to emerge in Seef, Bahrain. The proposed project involves construction of building for residential purpose.
The project – Building is of a total built up area 48,630 Sq. meter, constructed over a plot area of 2997 m2. Consist of 281 No. car parking and 1 No. service lift. 6 nos. passenger lifts and 2 nos. of services staircases.
Ground floor consist of parking, main lobby, reception, guest waiting area, office, lift lobby, male & female toilets, services side as substation, switch room and generator room.
First floor provides facilities such as business Centre, multipurpose hall, management office and parking facilities.
Second floor, third floor and forth floor consist of 3 flats in each floor and parking facilities. Fifth floor the recreation floor provides separate Gym floor male & female, coffee shop, game room and swimming pool. Sixth floor to forty first floor is collective of 196 flats and 40 studios.
The project commencement date on 1st November 2015 and completion up to finishing 31st July 2018.
