The project “5 Storey Building @ Gudaibiya ” the client for the project is H.E Shaikh Mohamed Bin Mubarak Alkhalifa., and is designed and supervision by M/s. Salah Alkooheji Consulting Architects SPC. The Project involves Construction of building for residential purpose.
The project – Building is of a total built up area 1427Sq. mtr, constructed over a plot area of 500 Sqm. Consist of two bedroom flats 12 Nos with 14 Nos of car park in ground floor.
Ground floor consists of Entrance Hall, reception, store, watchman room, pump room.
To cater the need of the Occupants the building is provide with Lift and staircase.
