The project “The Spot 23 Storey Building at Juffair” the client for the project is M/s. Jameel Al Matrook Co. W.L.L., and is designed and supervision by M/s. Akbari Architects
The project – Building is of a total built up area 13050.10Sqm, constructed over a plot area of 1739.90 Sqm. Consist of two bedroom flats (72 flats), single flat (106 flats), from 5th floor to 22nd floor and with 183 nos. of car park from ground floor to 3rd parking floor.
The 4th floor is the recreation floor consists of swimming pool, indoor games, gym, steam, sauna and services.
Ground floor consists of main lobby, parking and services such as substation, generator room, pump room, garbage chute and electrical room.
To cater the need of the Occupants the building is provide with Lift (3 nos.) and staircase 2 nos.
